Thumbs Down Defamation of character: Court papers states that I DO DRUGS
I recieved court papers in the mail, a few days ago.. My ex is taking me to court, in these court papers, states that I DO DRUGS. While he knows, that i don't. We were together for 6 years. Can i sue him for defamation of character?
