United Kingdom, a caution received
I received a caution 10 days ago for assault on my partner. (I grabbed her
wrist and pulled her into the house locked door) Will this effect her ongoing child custody battle in any way? |

Normally not unless there is concern of ongoing violence or danger to the children. Of course these things are not great to be occurring under any circumstances so it is certainly not going to help.
