Falsifying patients medical records felony?

If a doctor clearly blatantly, falsify a patient's medical record to cover up an error, what type of crime is that? Also if four other doctors falsify their records to aid in the cover up, what does that become? Yes serious patient injury happened.

It is fraud, forgery, falsification of official documents, etc.--the list goes on.

If it is really that clear, file a police report and send in the police!

Doctors are always obliged to be honest with their patients. When a doctor falsifies the medical record of a patient and other doctor’s aid in this falsification, it does not make any difference in the offence committed by them. In all these situations the medical professionals has committed the crime of felony and they can be punished for it.
