I feel threatened for my life

There is some women and men going around saying hearsay about me and have law enforcement and others believing it concerning me being "insane" or a "danger to even children". Some of these folks are the harassers or friends of the harassers and have done things in the past to expose me a bad person. They are very hateful and ill-bred. I feel victimized. Any attempts on my part I make out about them or to expose their twisted thinking they and their friends twist it to make me look bad or in the wrong always!

A mental health worker has made errant conclusions and stated in a private conversation to a friend of mine that he saw me and my mental patient son participating in inappropriate sexual conduct; my friend is fear-ridden and would never testify to this; what best options do I have here?

You might directly connfront the worker a first step and let them know you do not approve will take legal action for defamtion etc if you have to.
