need advice quickly

i have been working at a job now for 8 months and have know my bosses niece for about six of those months. she is two months from being sixteen but we became friends anyways. we hung out together and spent time together. we could have had something sexual but i always turn her away. my question is except for kissing we have never done anything sexual and i was wondering if that can be considered rape since she is under the age of 16?also can her mom say that i have raped her if she knew we spent time togther even though we didnt have sex? And last question is can i take a lie detector test to prove my innosence and will it hold up in court.This all took place in the state of NH
