Default Explicit pictures: The "close in age" exception in New Hampshire

I live in the state of New Hampshire. I am 18, my girlfriend is 15. It is my understanding that this is legal in New Hampshire due to a "Close in age" exception. If this is incorrect please inform me, but that is not my question. If I were to send her explicit pictures/videos, would I be violating any laws? What could the penalties be? Thanks for the help

I would like to inform you that in US under 18 U.S.C. § 1470 it is prohibited to supply any obscene matter to a minor below 16 years of age. Therefore, as your girlfriend is 15 years she is below the prescribed age of 16 years. In 18 U.S.C. § 1470 the penalty is fine, imprisonment for not more than 10 years or both.

If you have not done this don't! You are setting yourself up for all kinds of charges if its not too late already. close in age does not make things "legal" just difficult to prosecute. You might also look up "Mann Act" as you heading in that direction as well
