Default Deferred Prosecution Agreement, fullfilled all the requirement

If you have entered a Deferred Prosecution Agreement and fulfilled all the requirements but out of the many random drug tests you submitted to one showed positive after a hospital visit can you go to jail or be sentenced with the original sentence?

Yes----you will have to show that you did not violate your agreement or that the test shows hospital drugs etc. ---get your lawyer involved asap if any issue might exist.
