Interenet privacy question/concern (XTube)

Hello,

Approx four months ago I had gotten some information broguth to my attention through a close friend of mine that there was a video of me online on an X rated site. I was performing an action solely with my face showing in the video. I had asked the site: www.xtube.com (XTube) at that point to have this video removed sseeing in how I had no knowledge, not to mention any approval to post this. The site DID oblidge to my request and had it removed. Now recently in last week it was brought to my attention through a different contact which happen to be a family member. I DID of course email their support team and had advised that I wanted this to be removed and at this point becuase of having no reassurance that this would in fact remain deleted, I asked for compensation.

I got a response from:adam@xtube.com and he stated the following to me.....

Hello, Completely different user and it is a free video (no money is made from it). Please ask your lawyer what copyright laws handle webcam captures or I can save you the $5k and answer your question, none. As you video is likely on EVERY gay porn site on the planet, there isn't much we can do other then ban/disable the content as you find it which we will continue to do. At this point I feel there should be some sort of action taken, Im NOT trying to get money technically however this is to me 'defamation of character'. I had NO knowledge this video was EVEN recorded let alone whom posted it. I would appreciate some feedback as to what is possible in this situation and if there is an action(s) I could take, I would appreciate those steps to be specified, This has and will continue to cause issues for me in my personal life NOT to mention my professional life.
Also to mention this site in which 'Adam' claims is a free site, IF you look, you can post donations to the individual whom is posting the video not to mention you can register as a member and there IS a cost involved.
