Violations of petty theft and second degree commercial burglary
Made a mistake and I got the piece of paper in the mail stating that a misdemeanor complaint has been filed against me for the violations of petty theft and commercial burlary I am willing to make payment arrangements for any amount of money as long as I can stay out of jail if I go to jail then I will lose my job --
is there a chance I can stay out of jail and just pay a hefty fine and do community service or am I going to have to do jail time |
