Search and arrest warrant, does the address on the warrant have to be correct
If someone is issued a search and arrest warrant, does the address on the warrant have to be correct, even if it may have been the old address, and the description of the area is correct?

They can only search what the warrant says...you can deny entry if the address is wrong.
But they can still arrest no matter where they find you if it is indeed the correct person identified on the warrant. |
