Exclamation premeditated rape (new hampshire)

I was given a couple drinks over a month ago by a guy. I was 19, now 20 (my birthday is jan 1). We ended up having sex but i know i wouldn't have said yes if i was able to think. I just found out that i'm pregnant. I know it's not his, because i found the condom he used the next morning. He's still insisting it's his though and he's threatening to take the baby away from it's father and I. I live in new hampshire so I don't know what laws apply here and which ones don't. How can i protect myself and my baby from this guy?

There are many strange details in your post.

Firstly, what are you doing titling your post "premeditated rape"? You were not raped, and it certainly wasn't premeditated. You must own up to your own actions and take accountability for them. You had some drinks and you lost your inhibitions. We all do things we wouldn't normally do had we not gotten drunk, but that is our own fault, not anyone else's. Did this guy hold a gun to your head and force alcohol down your throat? It's time to act like a grown up and take responsibility for your own actions.

You apparently stayed the night with him if you found the condom he used the next morning. Either that, or he stayed with you. Even at that, it's not 100% that the condom didn't have a tear in it or something, so the baby, quite possibly, could be his.

You really don't have to do anything but not acknowledge him as the father. It's really quite that simple. One way to put the matter to rest once and for all is to wait until the baby is born and have a paternity test done.
