I recently obtained a harassment restraining order. The respondent admitted the harassment to police officers. However, respondent requested a hearing. Respondent then denied the allegations, but agreed to the order. I don\'t understand what that means. If one is denying allegations, then they are saying they are innocent. Why agree to the order then? Incidentally, I have proof of all allegations that respondent is guilty. If this had gone to a trial, respondent would be found guilty. Why deny allegations but agree to the harassment restraining order?
