Police found out that my friend had pushed me over giving me a concussion. I did not want to get the police involved, but they made me tell them the story at the hospital. I wrote a statement about what happened, and they asked that I end it with \" and I wish to press charges\". I actually didnt want to press charges so I went back and wrote a one-line statement saying \" I no longer wish to press charges against _____his name_____.\" I am worried he is still going to get arrested, and I am willing to do anything I can to prevent this from happening. Is there anything I can do?
