Illegal obtain credit/debit card number

I was arrested for using another persons debit credit card number to make reservations through expedia. Once I was confronted by the victim I had all reservations cancelled and most of the money charged was credited back to the victim. I make my first court appearance on Monday. I have never been in any kind of trouble so I don't know what to expect. I live in Alabama. The charges total around 550.00. I admitted guilt to the investigator over the case and he said he would go to the DA for me. He was going to have me do court referall. I do not know what to expect? Can anyone give me any kind of advice?

You should have a lawyer involved frankly.

You will apparently not get jail time but some period of probation or community service etc.

But you also want to make sure that is off your record if possible and i would suggest you not handle that by yourself. It is worth having a lawyer that knows the system well assist.
