Marijuana possession found innocent
ok, so I got a marijuana possession charge but I am pleading innocent because it wasn't mine, but I have heard that I still will get probation even if I am found innocent. This seems ridiculous to me because I didn't do anything wrong. Is this true, and if it is is there anyway to avoid it?

If you are innocent and found so their is NO probation.

I should think that Innocent means innocent. No probation could be opposed on you.
