If a person calls 911 to get help for someone at a neighbors house and then leaves the home to assist the injured person, who is outside, do the police have the right to enter the home that the 911 call was placed from?

They can yes if they believe an emergency may exist.

Here in the UK. if a 999 call was made,the Police can enter the premises without a warrant.
