Disobeying a police officer... he tricked me to confess

A state trooper arrested me for pulling off the road when he allegedly was preparing to pull me over for speeding... he circled back and pulled me over and arrested me for disobeying a police officer. He never turned on his lights or hit his breaks the first time around. He brought me to the station to process me. He told me if I cooperate and agree to the charges and confess on record, that when brought before the judge he would dismiss it and I wouldn't be fined or loose my license. now only 5 days before the hearing I now know he plans to throw the book at me and try to get the maximum penalty, which will make me a habitual offender and I'll have to pay a fine I simply cannot afford, nor can I afford to lose my license again. I have a family of 4 soon to be 5 to support and I'm the only one working! What can I do now? Have I screwed myself completely? HELP!
