jail for credit card debt?
My son had a credit card the interest rate kept going up and up. He does work but quit paying on it
over a year ago.. maybe even 2 years by now.. he got a summons to appear in court.. apparently an Attorney bought his account and is seeking payment. Will he go to Jail? |
