My wife was the victim of sexual assault ... What kind of lawyer should we look for?
Hello. About a month ago my wife was sexually assaulted by two guys. We have a pre-trial hearing in the beginning of November. What kind of lawyer should we be looking for??? We have tried looking for pro-bono lawyers, rape lawyers, etc. Every time we check into criminal lawyers we find attorneys wanting to defend, not help prosecute. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Have criminal charges been filed? If not why not?
If it is criminal the state's lawyers handle it --not yours. |
