Default UK - Evidence for defence

I am in a very bad situation right now and I have lost all of my confidence, faith and life.
My now ex partner, whom was/is the love of my life has accused me of something so horrific that it makes no sense as we have always talked about what is wrong with the world and agreed on everything and this is how we became very close over time!

Now, she has overreacted again and landed me in alot of trouble with the law. I have a clean record, never been involved with the law.

in complete shock, and mourning the loss of her, the relationship ended on that day i got arrested/charged!

She got me charged with common assault (no battery) and sexual assault, both on a minor scale. This was certainly not true.

to the point - she lied in her statement about the fact that the relationship ended over a month ago. I have emails to prove this including her saying that when we were having difficulties (minor disagreement) that she would have ended it but didnt as she loves me.

Further more, the day before all this, she was inviting me round, saying she loves/wants me and wants to work it out and the rest of it.
I can prove the email is legitimate.

Can this be used in court as evidence?

Now, no one saw what happened, apart from me and her. There were 2 other people in the house but in a different room together, and only heard a couple of words (get off).

its basically her word against mine. She knows I am a good person (I have an email that says this also!) and knows my nature, how calm/confident/shy I am and I would never do anything of this nature at all! any sexual activity, she is the one to engage always, i never do, but at a time of uncertainty, emotional distress, upset - who can ever think of such a thing, especially with other people in the house?

She has some money I had given her as a loan, to stop an eviction that was going to take place a long time ago, but never got it back.
I was there to support her always through bad times she was having as a parent but also for her health.

Now, I also put myself at risk by protecting her friends' son from a bullying incident at school, where the bullys had thrown some things towards my ex's property, and I got out and told them to get lost, and I got racist abuse hurled at me for doing the right thing and protecting everyone! Yes, this was reported to the police, yet this friend who was in the house at this incident, said 3 weeks later in a statement she gave that she was never sure of me, was a bit wary etc.....

total nonsense.

it seems that her friends will, naturally, support her but i believe she was setting me up.
Statements seem inconsistant, horrible breakup when it could have been avoided, got what she wanted.... just cannot believe all this.

of course, at times of uncertainty, how can a person even think of such a thing but only want to try and embrace/save the relationship to make them see sense in things? is that such a crime?

I just dont know how to plan my defence. Facts are that the 2 people who did not make a statement, made a statement 3 weeks after, but were inconsistant and they never saw anything!

what did my lovely partner accuse me of?

she said that I pushed her behind the kitchen door, tried to grope her breasts, rubbed her from the sides and tried to kiss her on the back all on top of her clothes - utter rubbish. there were no injuries.

she knows i would NEVER do such a thing but was her only way of completely getting rid of me and knows how much my career means to me.

sorry my mind is all over the place. dont know where to go, what to do and how to plan my defence as it seems I dont have anything but its her word against mine, plus 2/3 other statements who admitted they saw nothing and they were inconsistant statements more or less!

That email absolutely can be used to show state of mind and to show what signals she was sending you etc.
