Default THIEVING LITTLE BROTHER

Ok heres the deal, i have a 19 year old brother who just got out of jail early on good behavior and still has 360 days over his head and, and a while still on probation, and since he has got home he has been nothing but trouble, and broken probation in every possible way. My main problem isn't the fact that he is messing up, its the fact he won't stop stealing from me. I am a musician, and producer, and i have several thousand dollars worth of eq in my room, and office which both have key entrys. It's hard to prove that he has been in my room to anyone else because i personally just know what my settings are on all my gear and he goes in there and records himself and messes with my instruments. But im also getting sick of him stealing my clothes. About a week ago i got into a fight with him and hurt him pretty bad, and now after i conforont him about anything he just runs his mouth and threatens to call the cops if i lay a hand on him, he isn't afraid of jail, and i personally dont want to jeoperdize anything over him......What Should I Do?????HELP!!!!

You have to kick him out, lock up your items or inform the police. There is no excuse for the stealing but you are not helping if you let it continue.
