investigated by the office of recipient rights
Michigan
I am being investigated by the office of recipient rights and requested a written statement of the alligtions and they said no. I was told verbally but sense these allegations involve my family and possably my job, what rights do i have? |

You can have legal counsel represent you if you don't want to talk tot hem yourself. And it is often advisable to have counsel in those situations.
