18 yr old boyfriend
i am 30 yrs old and i have a boyfriend that is 18 yrs old - however he is still in high school. do his parents have any legal recourse against me if he has been staying at my house? we have not admitted to being together - the reason he has stayed at my house is because he has not been getting along with his mother.

It is normally not illegal if he is 18 but you should confirm with the local prosecutor and the police department as well to make sure the age difference does not violate any law.
