My rights as a consumer
(New Jersey) I purchased a 2006 Nissan Quest from a dealership about a month and a half ago. I didn't notice any damage on the vehicle when I purchased it. The carfax I did even came back clean. My insurance company took pictures and did a walk around. Even when I switched to another insurance company shortly after that. They did not report anything back to me. But now I am starting to notice several touch ups on this vehicle indicating it was in a collision. I would've never bought it if I knew it was in an accident. Is it too late for me to take any kind of action towards this dealership ?
