second chance program -- felony charge
Georgia
If you Commit a Folony and the court puts you in a second chance program does it mean that the crime you commited is on your background in case you where looking for a job? |

It can be either way.
You need to ask your lawyer or the prosecutor exactly how this is being handled on your record and what are the terms of your program. And of course try to make sure it is not on your record one way or another if possible. |
