turning myself in, fugitive
I been on the run for 3yrs and I\'m tired of running for probation violation can I get a bond if I turn myself in ?

The DA is unfortunately normally not going to answer that by phone if you are on the lam. An attorney will need to arrange a deal for you if possible, but you can expect the court will make you appear in front of the judge and at least a few hours of jail time is a distinct possibility if you have violated the court's order and took off.
Calling your PO may be a better first step. |
