daughter is an inmate
My daughter is an inmate at the county jail. She got into a disagreement with 4 other inmates in her cell. She was taken out of the cell and was told she would be put in solitery..she argued that she wanted to tell her side of the story.She was tassered in the chest --Can she legally press charges?

Technically yes but very hard to do unless the officer was totally out of bounds with his conduct.
And it does not happen often that such suits are filed successfully. |
