Lee Chong Min of Singapore, and Anson Wang of Hong Kong, [principals of CMIA Capital Partners Pte. Ltd.] are accused of defrauding investors in a major Fund of as much as $100 million.
The CMIA China Fund II Limited (the “Fund”) has commenced legal action in Singapore, alleging that the Fits fund Manager CMIA Capital Partners Pte. Ltd. and its principals, Lee Chong Min of , Singapore, and Anson Wang, of Hong Kong, defrauded investors in the Fund of as much as $100 million. Directors allege the fraud in part was linked to the multi billion dollar collapse of FerroChina, the biggest corporate collapse in the history of Singapore Stock Exchange. Watch this one closely. If the fraud is proven, jail time is certain. Should be a great lawsuit with a "justice for all" outcome!! There is also a 35,000 US Dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of Lee Chong Min and Anson Wong. I would suggest you email world law direct if you have information. |

Are all CMIA Capital Partners involved? Or just Lee Chong Min and the other person?
I had a long series of problems with Lee Chong Min years back. I see nothing has changed with him! |

CMIA Capital Partners knew that the money was being diverted. All of them with any interest in the firm should be liable for damages.
I saw this coming years ago. By the way there is some interesting kickback info that I would be happy to share with the right regulator or police agency!!! -- Singapore |

One of Lee's own investment funds is suing him and his firm... ...Documents seen by The Straits Times show that CMIA China Fund II is suing Lee and his boutique fund management firm, CMIA Capital Partners. ...The fund also alleged that Lee...then compounded the problems by secretly pledging its assets as collateral to support his OWN borrowings. Is being an accessory, or aiding and abetting, after the act of fraud itself another crime? Can suit be filed against those people and/or can they be charged? Can their assets and their family's assets be taken upon judgment?
