Default Question about Prop 36

I am currently half way through my prop 36 program and have come to a problem. I have been renting a room from a friend and his wife is just about due with there first child so I am having some difficulties getting my own place that I can afford in CA because I have bad credit ( really bad) So one of my only choices is to move back to New Mexico because my family is there and will help out. So my question is it possible to get my Prop 36 transferred to N.M before I am homeless here in CA ? Thanks

Default Re: Question about Prop 36

It is possible yes. You need to explain to your supervisor the reasons and put together a proposal. They are not going to want to do it without very good reasons.
