Capias /Fail To Appear For A Hearing On Support Arrears
My friend got picked up for shoplifting the day before his hearing for child support arrears. He is still in Jail and today a letter came from the courts stating he has a Capias /Fail To Appear For A Hearing On Support Arrears. Can they do that if he was locked up?
