i sent my ex rude txt's from my mobile phone very explicit ones too, she says she is seeing a solicitor to sue me for money, what will happen to me? and can i be arrested?

YOU WILL NEED TO LOOK UP UK LAWS ON TEXTING AND WHAT COULD HAPPEN. IF SHE HAS A SOLICITOR AFTER YOU THEN YOU MAY NEED A LAWYER.. HAVE YOU BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYONE SAYING YOU HAVE COURT OR ARE BEING CHARGED?
