I recently had a friend of mines father go to the magistrate court and file a good behavior warrant to be issued against me and I received a notice in the mail stating that I would be having a pre-warrant application hearing this month. The only thing I did to this person was send them a message on Facebook saying the following: \"Will you please talk to me? Not everything happened the way you heard. I have no one else to talk to. I\'m sorry about everything that happened. please talk to me.\"
Does this give him the right to take out a good behavior warrant on me? What would be the best action to take? |

No it does not---you may tell the court magistrate what happened and they will throw this out as frivolous.
