Unhappy Please help me and my husband
My husband is on probation and can not come home for 6 weeks. He was in charge of domestic violience. I faxed his lawyer and the crown 3 weeks to ask my husband home. ( I was so stupid to call 911.) He still can not come home after 4 court days. The crown assistand said that his lawyer should do some works to make the probation condition change. My question is ....... if his lawyer never makes that effort, how my husband can apply to come home? I am very very depressed and frustrated. I need a help. His lawyer said he is doing his best he can. We don't know what to do????? Thank you so much. We live in Alberta canada.
