Accused of Inappropriate Touching
NEW YORK I was recently accused of inappropriately touching my 9 year old niece. Supposedly the incident took place 6 years ago. She never mentioned the incident to anyone until she went in to see her therapist last week. My family is considering pressing charges. What should I do? I did not touch my niece in any way shape or form inappropriately.

You do not answer questions about incident to anyone under any condition. No matter who it is especially Police. This includes family and friends. Find a Lawyer and talk to him/her gt some advice. If ask to come in to Police station answer no questions without an Attorney. Post no details or descriptions of incident online here or anywhere.
