Theres a case here in Maryland. It occured in June 2006, a man named Joesph Miranda died at the age of 19 son of a mother named Adreiene. He apparently was killed by accident due to having a trial june 2006 last year. He was rqan over by a skid loader. The thing that gets to me is that he was only ran over by his neck no where else on his body. The dosent make to much sense. The only way it could be his neck is if he put his neck in front of the tire and had it happenedd. BUT no way.... This court case is very political and shows how corrupt our goverment is.... I would LOVE to here from people who have anything they can do to help. This young teenager LOST his life, and the court could barley invesigate it an dont even know the facts.... I need some information through you guys for suggestions and what not...His name was Joseph Miranda born april 22 1987.... i lost a good friend...anything will help!!!!

They did indeed do an investigation..but a terrible one..didnt interview the right people, they didnt do any of the proper precedures..

I think someone had pushed him or did somthing to create him to just get ran over by the neck...its pretty hard to get ran over just ur head..unless you place ur head there to get runned over think about it?>..
