Husband wrongful accused and get hard jail time

New Orleans,La My husband was arrest for questioning about a break-in with a gun police stated that a witness gave my husband name but my husband was with me all the day the crime was commit. my husband even told them he did know the guy who gave his name so they trying to get my husband to say he was there or knows about what happen but he does not know so ther going to try and convict him and he could face up 30 years can't afford a private lawyer we all know public defender help you to go jail. why do you tell something about a crime he knows nothing about if there are saying he was there when he was with me they should i was there. quess the police do anything to close a case even send the wrong person jail no sweat off there backs their kids aren'tdepressed . what should i do fight or let my marriage go.

Stick with your husband if you fully support him and love him enough to marry him then you have to be by his side esp...after whats occuring...according to what your telling me the police have nothing just a witness who could be lying or mistaken...hopefully the court will seek the truth...good luck!
