I am currently on bail with a trial set for May. Recently I discovered that police records show I was not on time to sign in and was highlighted for it. At my last sign in I asked to see the time and date that the officer recorded. He refused this request. Am I entitled to see this when I sign in?

Yes you should.
Ask your lawyer to get the records if need be. Keep notes yourself on all that happens. |
