Nigeria legal system
I have been haggling with the Nigeria legal system since the year 2001 but to no avail. I am a victim of 419 Scam who traveled to Nigeria and personally located the scammer and fed the vital information to the SFU-Abuja, through Pakistan High Commission Abuja. The case was handled by CSP Sotonye LeRoy Wakama of SFU-Abuja. The action taken by him appears below.
The officer suddenly lost contact with me on 21 September 2001. I tried to move the authorities directly and through media but failed to evoke any response. After the establishment of EFCC, I forwarded my case by post to the commission on 09 June 2003. No action, whatsoever, was taken so far and the only reply sent by them is given under: Dr. Khan From: info@efccnigeria.org |
