Virginia 46.2-707 is the article i'm being charged with when i was pulled over i was issued this citation. I have proof my vehical was insured at the time except i was unable to furnish it to the citing officer. I'm schedualed to go overseas on my court date and was wondering if there was anyway to submit evidence to the courts without my presence.

Yes---call the clerk of the court and the prosecutor.
But you still will be fined for not having it with you. |
