juvenile probation

I am currently on probation. Everythings going ok just I don't feel mentally safe in this household I has tried to seek help with my school counsoler and nothing has come of it. I would like tomtransfer my case to my moms house who lives in San diego county in ca which is were I was orignally on probation for. I was forced to trasfer my case due to my moms placement no longer being available. Me and my mom have fixed things and I want to
transfer back down there. I turn 18 on June first and I don't feel my placemet now is a nontoxic environment or if possible could I transfer to my 20 year old sisters house. What r my chances? And what do I need to do?
