Are the original copies of an arrested record and court records destroyed? I was told that the original records are never destroyed that copies are kept in the District Attorneys office.

They are not publicly available but are not destroyed.
And these days by the way they can sometimes survive on the web (they were public info) even after expunction unfortunately. |

Do you know this as a fact? The part on where the records are never destroyed? I know with todays technology there is a chance they may pop up anywhere.
