Default Charge to attempted obstruction of official business

Would telling a police officer that you do not live at a particular residence when in fact you do constitute a obstruction of official business charge?

Default Re: Charge to attempted obstruction of official business

Yes, it could, but only if there was an investigation or other "official business" that is being obstructed. If the officer was "just curious," it probably doesn't matter.
