Unknown Person calling

The past couple of days I've been receiving calls from this number
0799527808 and the owner of this number says he knows me but i dont recall
giving him my number. Also when I ask him where did he get my number he says he cant tell me that. In cases like this what am I suppose to do.

You can tell him not to call again, and if he does you may report it to the police and phone company if need be.
