Default how many violations can be on one ticket

If a person is arrested for a duii, doesn't have proof of insurance on them, or a drivers license on them, do they issue one ticket or several.
What if you are arrested and you get no ticket. What do you do?

Default Re: how many violations can be on one ticket

You can have several offenses charged yes. You should call the police station, the DA and the local court to see what is going on if you are not sure. The officer that stopped you may be a good starting place to check status.
