Vehicle Repossession Law
ALABAMA. My vehicle is set for repossession but the Bank is unable to locate it. They are considering it "concealed." I was informed I will be charged with a Class 6 Felony if I don't reveal its location and return it. Can I be charged with a Class 6 Felony if I don't return the vehicle?
