Statutory rape
Is it statutory rape if the 18 year old and the 15 year old have sex with the parent knowing and allowing the 15 year old to live with the 18 year old in Florida?

Parents cannot permit illegal acts! In fact if parents know of such a rape and allow it they too can be charged with crimes
