Pleaded guilty to something I didn't do
I pleaded guilty to a b felony about 10 years ago that was for a drug charged. I was deported for it. I pleaded guilty to something I didn't do for a friend who left to the army. Now I'm am trying to convince my friend to take the charged. Can somebody plead guilty to a drug charged they didn't commit and now the person who really did it wants to take the blame after 10 years. I really need to know if this could be done because my family is at stake. If I get this felony lifted from my records Will INS give me a fare chance to get my residence back I lived in the U.S.A more then 20 years? And will the courts accept my friends guilty plead and take away mine?

You can try, have skilled counsel involved. Many courts and prosecutors will not re-open such cases unless absolutely forced.
