massachusetts,my son was arrested for egging a person's home, there were also several other homes that were egged, can they hold them accountable for allthe houses egged or just the one witnessed by the homeowner.

Well unfortunately they can be "charged" as to all especially if they have evidence, fingerprints, DNA on the eggs, a pattern of similar attacks, etc.
Conviction of course is another matter. |
