When I came to work for a visit for half hour only I met the cleaner who told me that she was going to clean the toilets on the eastside. After about 10 minutes thinking that she must still be in the eastside toilets,I went to the shower and toilets on the westside but I found the female cleaner there cleaning the shower room. She started talking to me and we talked about 8 minutes. She is a foreigner and speaks little english. I said to her, "I am going to wee (next compartment to the shower room) and don't come there, OK." She said,"ok". I started to urinate in the urinal and I noticed that she came there and she started to clean the other urinal. I told her to stop that, go away and come back in 2 minutes and that I was going to speak to her supervisor. She went out of shower/toilets. When I finished I also went out. After about 45 minutes she called her cleaning supervisor and reported him and the police that I had sexually assaulted her. I exposed my genitals to her and I was talking dirty to her. How can I prove my innocence as there were no witnesees. There is only cctv (outside shower/toilets) that shows that I went in there for about 11 minutes. The cleaner came out after 9 minutes since I went in there and I came out after about 11 minutes. I am completely shattered on this false accusation. My manager and police wants to speak to me next week as I am on holiday this week.

Please please help me and advise me what should I do?

But in any case make sure you have legal counsel involved if you are being asked to speak with the police.
