Default Liability

Hi,
I let my neighbor use my vehicle and he got a DWI and possession of controlled substance while driving my truck. He was arrested, I was called to the scene and questioned but not held for anything at the time.
Could they later arrest me for anything, although I was not with the driver at the time of his crime?
